About me and my therapy practice
Choosing a therapist can feel daunting, especially if you’re not quite sure where to start. My hope is that from the very first contact, you feel met with warmth, understanding, and a genuine human connection.
I am a kind, patient, and knowledgeable therapist who works with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to, with a sense of humour that helps make even difficult conversations feel more manageable. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself, at your own pace, without pressure or judgement.
I have supported many adults with issues such as anxiety, low mood, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy, we can gently explore what’s going on together.
Practice description
My way of working is collaborative and compassionate. I’m not here to “fix” you or tell you what to do. Instead, I offer a calm, supportive space where we can make sense of your experiences, develop insight, and find ways forward that feel right for you. I adapt my approach to each individual, recognising that everyone’s story, needs, and goals are different.
Above all, I believe that therapy is a human relationship. Being heard, understood, and accepted can be deeply powerful, and sometimes transformative. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect, I would be very happy to hear from you.
I offer a calm confidential space in Greenwich, for adults to explore what's going on in their lives, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or ready for change. This means therapy moves at your pace, and we explore what feels safe and helpful for you.
Clients have reported increased self-awareness and confidence, as well as a greater ability to recognize unhelpful thought patterns and make positive changes in their lives.
I have both personal and professional experience working with Autistic and ADHD clients, ensuring my practice is inclusive and understanding.
If you are ready to take the first step or have any questions, feel free to contact me for an initial consultation.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling stuck in life and unable to move forward?
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in negative patterns and behaviours? Do you find yourself going around in circles, struggling to set healthy boundaries or experiencing inner conflict?
If you are here, perhaps you are ready to explore what's going on beneath the surface, or maybe you're not quite sure, and that's ok too. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.
It can sometimes feel overwhelming trying to find a therapist. It is important that you feel comfortable and can build a trusting relationship in which you can explore your concerns. Whether you’re dealing with recent trauma, life challenges or unresolved past experiences, I would like to offer support, and help you make sense of your world.
I bring a range of experience including managing a counselling service in the charity sector, where I support adults and families impacted by sexual abuse.

Over time I have become more integrative in the way that I work which allows me to tailor different therapeutic techniques to best support you. I have availability to work with supervisee's both in-person and online.
About me and my therapy practice
I hold a certificate in Clinical Supervision including Online and Telephone working. I work with both qualified and trainee Counsellors.
As with therapy I believe that the basis of good supervision is the building of the relationship between supervisee's and supervisor. I will work collaboratively with supervisee's to enhance their relationships with their clients as well as identifying the individual needs of the supervisee.
I have experience managing a counselling service providing practical and clinical support to counsellors on placements or volunteering, as well as those in private practice.
Within my own work experience I have worked with adults impacted directly or indirectly by child sexual abuse, trauma, domestic and sexual violence and coercive control.
I offer a person-centred supervision, using the Hawkins & Shohets seven-eyed model of supervision.
Individual supervision fee's £60 per hour.
