Availability
I currently offer online or phone sessions, and have availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with appointments available during both daytime and evening hours to accommodate a variety of schedules. These options are ideal if you prefer the convenience of remote therapy or find it difficult to attend in person due to a busy schedule or other commitments.
About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel full of challenges. Some are short-lived, others linger and impact how you feel day to day. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, or difficulties in your personal or professional relationships that leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck, therapy can offer a helpful way to explore these feelings and find new ways forward.
I offer a warm, confidential space to explore what’s going on for you. Psychodynamic counselling helps uncover how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This deeper understanding often brings relief and insight, helping you to better manage anxiety, low self-esteem, or relational struggles. It also gives us the space and capacity to change our experience.
Together, we work collaboratively at your pace, with empathy and curiosity. Whether you are coping with stress, grief, or difficulties in communication and connection with others, therapy supports you in gaining clarity, building resilience, and fostering emotional wellbeing.
Practice description
I work with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement, and relational issues. Many clients seek support for feelings of loneliness, low self-confidence, or emotional overwhelm linked to life transitions or personal pressures.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and offered online or by phone. This flexibility aims to make therapy accessible and comfortable for you.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to high ethical standards, ensuring that your privacy and safety are respected throughout our work together.
My first session
Your first session is a chance to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We will discuss any concerns you may have and begin to build a trusting relationship.
I encourage booking two initial sessions to give us both time to assess if therapy feels right for you at this time whether that’s woking with anxiety, navigating grief, or improving your emotional wellbeing.
Sessions last 50 minutes, usually held weekly at the same time, providing consistency and a supportive space for growth.
