About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I am a BACP registered therapist and counsellor. I have over 20 years experience working with adults and children and young people in a range of settings. including private practice, charities and education.

I specialise in working with children using various disciplines, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic Integrative Counselling, Gestalt Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma Therapy.

I am also a qualified parenting practitioner and can offer consultations and support for parents or for the whole family.

Sometimes we need to explore and try and understand our feelings and thoughts at times that may feel difficult or too much. Therapy offers a non judgemental safe space to do this.
