About me and my therapy practice
Counselling is at the core of my practice, where I support clients in overcoming challenges, gaining self-awareness, and moving forward with a renewed sense of hope. This year, I’ve had the privilege of helping many individuals break through emotional blocks and make meaningful progress on their healing journeys.
In addition to Counselling, I now also offer Coaching skills within my practice to help clients set and achieve personal goals. Whether during or after counselling, this approach helps provide clarity, direction, and a practical road map for moving forward.
I’m here to support you in both your healing and your growth, helping you not only understand your past but also navigate the path ahead. If you want to explore recent loss, relationship issues, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you whether it’s anxiety, low confidence, grief, or the impact of past experiences.
I’m an Accredited, experienced counsellor working with adults of all ages. My integrative approach draws on person-centred counselling, Transactional Analysis (TA), and psycho-dynamic methods, tailored to your individual needs. This approach helps explore how early patterns and beliefs shape how we relate to ourselves and others today, offering real insight and lasting change. I am constantly increasing my knowledge with recent methods and am bringing somatic healing and coaching into my work.
Sessions are confidential, non-judgemental, and led at your pace. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
I work in person, online, or by phone, Monday to Friday. If you're ready to take the next step or would like to know more, please feel free to get in touch or visit my website. I am available to answer any questions you may have and ensure that you feel supported and understood.
Please see my website for more information.
Practice description
I currently offer in person sessions in my therapy room at the back of my house or sessions on line.
I am keen to support those in counselling training and can offer a special rate for this.
My first session
I am happy to arrange a free introductory chat in the first instance to discuss more about how we can best work together and answer any questions you might have.
The first session will be to contract together, start our counselling relationship and assess your needs. We can look at the most pressing issue that you have and then see what is preventing you from moving forward.
