I currently offer online counselling only. I work with adults across London and the UK via secure video sessions.
I have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodiverse individuals, and those navigating grief and bereavement. My approach is relational and humanistic, offering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic space.
About me and my therapy practice
Feeling stuck or unmotivated can be difficult, and opening up to someone you don’t know may feel daunting. I aim to offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgemental space where you can explore different aspects of yourself at your own pace.
I believe that talking openly with someone in a supportive therapeutic relationship can increase awareness of the parts of ourselves that feel stuck or unclear. I am a humanistic counsellor and value the uniqueness of each individual, adapting the way I work to who you are and what you bring.
Our work together may involve exploring thoughts and feelings, as well as reflecting on past experiences and how these continue to affect you in the present.
I offer a free 30-minute introductory phone call or online session. This provides an opportunity to talk about what you are looking for from counselling and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Practice description
I hold a Diploma and BSc in Humanistic Counselling and am registered with the BACP. Alongside my private practice, I have volunteered with a range of counselling organisations, including working for four years in a bereavement setting and with an LGBTQ+ organisation.
I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space to explore issues related to identity. I have experience supporting clients with concerns including sexual orientation, gender identity, relationships, coming out, internalised homophobia, and exploration of sense of self.
I aim to work in a neurodiversity-affirming way and have undertaken additional training related to neurodiversity, alongside a foundation course in CBT. Where appropriate, elements of CBT-informed practice may be integrated into my humanistic approach, guided by your needs and preferences.
I also have a background working within the health sector, including in a cancer setting, which has informed my understanding of how physical health can impact emotional wellbeing. I have experience working within a wellness setting supporting people navigating hormonal changes, and I aim to offer this work in a way that is inclusive of trans, non-binary, and gender-fluid people.
