About me and my therapy practice
I am a compassionate accredited psychotherapist working with adults of all ages from 18+ in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire and Oxford Circus, London (onetherapy.london). Working closely with clients, I give space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so that clients can develop a better understanding of themselves and others. Working in a non-judgemental and empathic way, I build trusting relationships helping clients to harness the power to move forwards with their lives with positivity for the future.
I work both long-term with clients to enable deeper personal growth, and also shorter-term, focussing on specific issues. I work in person from my confidential and comfortable consulting room in Borehamwood and also online.
Following five years of training, I completed a BACP accredited Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling at The Counselling Foundation. I have also completed specialist training in eating disorders. I work with a broad range of clients in private practice both in Central London at One Therapy London and in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. I also work as a tutor on the Diploma in Contemporary Psychodynamic Counselling at The Counselling Foundation.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by its Code of Ethics and professional standards. I carry an enhanced DBS check and hold full professional indemnity insurance.

I can see you face to face, by Zoom or we can hold our sessions by telephone.

You will be offered a 50 minute first appointment where you will have the opportunity to set aside any worries you have about starting therapy and ask any questions. During this time we will explore together whether psychodynamic counselling is right for you at this time. The fee for this appointment is £65.
