I offer online counselling appointments Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (UKT). I see new and returning clients for 50‑minute sessions. Appointments are scheduled via my booking page or by email, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
I am currently accepting new clients for online sessions only. If you are in crisis or at immediate risk, contact local emergency services or a crisis line as I do not provide emergency services.
About me and my therapy practice
I’m Dalia Sharki, a licensed and registered with the BACP counsellor and practicing since 2019. I work with clients across a range of ages, offering services in both English and Arabic.
My approach is collaborative and client-centred: I combine person-centred therapy with cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic techniques, tailoring methods to each person’s goals and readiness. Together we’ll set clear, practical goals to increase self-awareness, build coping skills, and improve your ability to manage the here-and-now.
Sessions are 50 minutes and offered online only. I welcome new and returning clients; please contact me via email to discuss availability and booking. I do not provide crisis services so PLEASE if you are in immediate danger, please call emergency services or your local crisis hotline.

I am a BACP-registered counsellor offering online counselling for adults seeking support with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I provide a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and reaching out for support is often the first step towards positive change. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to listen and support you.
My approach is person-centred and collaborative, meaning that I work alongside you to understand your unique experiences and help you gain greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right support and therapeutic relationship.
Online counselling offers flexibility and accessibility, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space. During our sessions, you can expect empathy, respect, and genuine understanding. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, identify your strengths, and work towards the goals that are important to you.

My first session
I offer a free 20-minute introductory online consultation before booking a full counselling session. This initial appointment provides an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what has brought you to counselling, and explore how I may be able to support you.
During this consultation, you will have the chance to ask any questions about the counselling process, my approach, and what to expect from working together. It is also an opportunity for us to consider whether we feel we are a good fit, as finding the right therapeutic relationship is an important part of successful counselling.
Should you decide to proceed, our first full session will involve exploring your current concerns, relevant background information, and the goals you would like to work towards. We will also discuss confidentiality, session arrangements, and agree on a way of working that best meets your individual needs.
There is no obligation to continue after the free introductory consultation. My aim is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected from the very beginning of your counselling journey.
