About me and my therapy practice
Are you wanting your voice to be truly heard? Do you need someone to really listen to how you are feeling, and not be told how you should or should not feel? Or perhaps you would like someone to give you time and space to just be who you need to be, during what might be a difficult time for you right now.
I understand how challenging it can be to share your thoughts and feelings with a complete stranger, to share something that you may feel you are going to be judged on, or perhaps no-one will understand. Together we can explore your concerns in a safe environment where you take the lead and make changes for your future.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor which means I can work with you more creatively in different ways, respecting your preferences and meeting your specific needs. I would see it as my privilege to accompany you on this important journey.
I offer reduced rates for those on low incomes, and counselling students. I am able to offer flexibility around shift work too.
Sessions are for 60 mins and it is recommended on a weekly basis, I can provide this on a short or long term basis. Payments are made 24 hours before each counselling session by bank transfer. The fee remains payable unless 48 hours’ notice is given.
Practice description
I have extensive experience of working in the field of mental health including self harm, suicidal ideation, self esteem, PTSD, abuse and relationship issues. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse clients, I understand that each individual's needs are unique. I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment by tailoring my approach to suit your preferences and goals. Whether it's adjusting communication styles, session formats, or physical settings, I am open to discussing and implementing reasonable accommodations to ensure our work together is both comfortable and effective.
What ever your reason for considering therapy, I know it takes a lot of courage to even contemplate starting a journey towards becoming a different you. It can be challenging to make changes which really last, it requires patience and a willingness to be open and sometime vulnerable. However, the rewards for taking this journey can be profound and life changing

About me and my therapy practice
Are you looking for a supervisor who truly understands the realities of being a counsellor, the doubts, the learning curves, and the moments of growth as well as challenge?
I offer a warm, relational, and compassionate supervisory space where you can slow things down, think out loud, and be met just as you are. This is a place where you can bring your uncertainties as well as your successes, knowing you will be listened to carefully and supported without judgement. Supervision with me is not about getting things “right”, but about creating space to reflect honestly, feel understood, and grow in confidence over time. There is also room for humour and lightness, because I believe supervision can be supportive and containing without always feeling heavy.
I have a particular passion for working with students and newly qualified therapists. The early stages of practice can stir up self-doubt, excitement, fear, and a sense of doing it all for the first time. It can feel lonely at times, even when you care deeply about your work. You do not have to hold all of this on your own. I will walk alongside you as you find your footing, begin to trust yourself, and develop a way of working that feels right for you.
I offer supervision face to face and online via Zoom, supporting therapists across the UK. I aim to be flexible and responsive, recognising that your life, your clients, and your learning all deserve care and consideration.
My supervisory approach is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model and the Integrative Developmental Model (IDM). These models help us hold your client work, the wider context, and your own personal and professional development with curiosity and care. Together, we create a reflective, nurturing relationship where you can feel seen, supported, and gently encouraged as you continue to grow into the therapist you are becoming.
Practice description
I meet people where they are, whether they’re navigating self-harm, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse, relationship difficulties, or just feeling a bit lost. I also work with neurodivergent clients, always adapting the way I work to suit each person’s individual needs and preferences.
At the heart of my practice is a safe, inclusive space where you can be fully yourself. Whatever you’re bringing, whether it’s pain, uncertainty, or the hope for change, you’ll be met with kindness, respect, and genuine care. I’ll always tailor our sessions to support you, whether that means changing how we communicate, adjusting the pace, or making space for what matters most to you.
With a background in nursing and mental health, I bring not only professional experience but a deep sense of empathy and understanding. I know how hard it can be to hold space for others, and how important it is to have someone hold space for you.
Supervision isn’t just a professional requirement, it can be a lifeline. A place to feel grounded, supported, and inspired. A place to grow, not just as a therapist, but as a person. If that sounds like something you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute introductory session where we can get to know each other, talk about what you’re looking for, and see how we might work together. No pressure, just a friendly chat to see if it feels like the right fit.

Practice description
In my supervisory work, I meet therapists where they are, whether you are bringing client work involving self-harm, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse, relationship difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck or unsure. I also work with neurodivergent therapists and aim to adapt my supervisory approach so it feels accessible, respectful, and responsive to each person’s individual needs and ways of working.
At the heart of my supervision is the creation of a safe, inclusive, and relational space where you can be fully yourself as a practitioner. Whatever you bring, whether that is uncertainty, concern for your clients, self-doubt, or moments of growth, you will be met with kindness, care, and thoughtful attention. I work collaboratively, adjusting pace, focus, and style so that supervision feels supportive, containing, and useful for you and your work.
My background in nursing and mental health informs the way I hold supervision. Alongside professional knowledge and experience, I bring an understanding of how emotionally demanding therapeutic work can be, and how important it is for therapists to have space where they feel held, not judged. I am attentive to both client safety and your wellbeing as a practitioner.
I see supervision as much more than a professional requirement. It can be a lifeline, a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and your work. A place to feel grounded and supported as you continue to grow, not only as a therapist, but as a person. If this sounds like the kind of supervisory relationship you are looking for, I would be very happy to hear from you.
