About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome!
If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself, you may already be carrying more than you realise. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns, whether that is anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity questions, addiction, or a quiet but persistent sense of not quite knowing who they are anymore.
During our work together, my focus is on creating a space that feels steady, confidential and psychologically safe, somewhere you do not need to perform, explain yourself perfectly or have everything figured out. Sessions are reflective and collaborative. We pay attention to what is happening beneath the surface, your emotional responses, relational patterns and inner dialogue, gently making sense of them together.
My approach is relational and person-centred. I believe meaningful change takes place within a therapeutic relationship that feels non-judgmental, containing and grounded. Within that space, there is room to deepen your self-understanding, strengthen your internal voice, and create change that feels sustainable and empowering.
Life transitions, shifts in identity, endings, parenthood, relationship changes, career transitions or emotional changes, including those linked to hormonal shifts, can all have a profound impact. Therapy offers space to slow down, take a breath and understand these experiences rather than simply pushing through them.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked across international and independent schools, EAP services, NHS-linked and the charity sector, supporting a range of emotional presentations, including addiction, recovery, and the 12-step programmes. This experience informs my practice, while keeping the focus firmly on your individual story.
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. I welcome an initial conversation so you can get a sense of whether working together feels right fit for you.
