About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm friendly space for you to speak openly about the difficulties that may be keeping you feeling stuck. Whether it is anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or maybe you are struggling with the impact of trauma, abuse or bereavement.
I have had additional training and experience of working with women who have experienced domestic abuse. I provide a therapeutic space to explore how your experiences have impacted on your wellbeing.
I am here to listen and help you unravel the issues that are getting in the way of you living the life you desire. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with a keen interest in compassion focused therapy and mindfulness practice.
