About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. My approach is integrative and relational, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic models to support you as a whole person – emotionally, psychologically and physically.
At the heart of my work is a person-centred foundation, grounded in empathy, authenticity and acceptance. Alongside this, I integrate psychodynamic and Gestalt perspectives to explore patterns, relationships and your present-moment experience. I also bring in a strong awareness of the mind–body connection, incorporating somatic approaches where helpful, supporting you to notice and understand how emotions and experiences may be held in the body.
Depending on your needs, we may also work more actively and forward-focused at times, using coaching or solution-focused approaches to support clarity, direction and meaningful change. This is always collaborative and guided by you.
I work in a trauma-informed way, prioritising emotional safety, stabilisation and nervous system awareness. Together, we can gently explore your experiences, develop self-awareness and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I offer both short and longer-term work and tailor the process to suit you. My aim is to support you in feeling more grounded, empowered and connected to your authentic self.
Practice description
I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and coach, offering online therapy for adults. I provide a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard without judgement.
My practice is holistic and flexible, shaped around your individual needs and what you’re bringing. I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss, trauma and feeling stuck or disconnected.
I have a particular interest in working with women navigating identity, pressure, and change, though I work with a broad and diverse client base. I aim to create a grounded and trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore both current challenges and deeper underlying patterns.
Alongside my core training in integrative counselling and coaching (MSc, University of East London), I have a strong interest in somatic and body-oriented approaches, mindfulness and the nervous system. Where appropriate, we may gently incorporate awareness of the body, breath and internal experience into our work.
Sessions are currently offered online or by phone, allowing flexibility and accessibility. I offer both short-term focused work and longer-term, open-ended therapy.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I aim to meet you with warmth, respect and openness, supporting you to move towards greater self-understanding, resilience and alignment with who you are.
