Sessions are delivered face-to-face at the Remedy Lounge in Manchester.
I offer a consistent, confidential space where you can speak openly and be heard without judgement. Sessions are typically held weekly and last 50 minutes.
I also offer online sessions separately. If you are unsure which format suits you best, we can explore this together during an initial consultation.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, grounded space for face-to-face counselling, where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and take time to focus on yourself.
Being in the room together can feel different to online work. There is something about physically arriving into a dedicated space, being met in person, and allowing yourself to slow down without distraction. For some, this creates a deeper sense of connection, presence, and support.
My approach is person-centred, meaning I will meet you as you are, without judgement or expectation. I offer a warm, reflective space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
Practice description
I work with adults (16+) and offer both short-term and open-ended counselling.
Clients often come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating difficult life experiences. This may include anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity, or a general sense of disconnection.
Alongside my core person-centred approach, I am attentive to the ways your lived experience, identity, and cultural context may shape how you feel and relate to the world.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute consultation by phone, where we can briefly explore what has brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for.
Your first face-to-face session is a gentle introduction to the space and to working together in person. There is no pressure to share everything straight away. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with time to settle, ask questions, and begin to build a sense of trust.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, reflective online space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions from the comfort of your own environment.
Online therapy can offer a different kind of accessibility. For some, being in a familiar space allows for greater ease, flexibility, and openness. It can also make it easier to fit therapy into the rhythm of everyday life.
My approach is person-centred, meaning I will meet you as you are, without judgement or expectation. Through active listening and a genuine therapeutic relationship, I aim to understand your experience and support you in making sense of what you’re going through.
Practice description
Clients often come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or wanting to better understand themselves. This may include experiences of anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or identity-related concerns.
I offer a space where you can begin to process difficult experiences, develop self-awareness, and reconnect with your inner resources.
Howlite is a crystal associated with calm communication, emotional expression, and patience. I chose the name Howlite Therapy to reflect the intention of creating a space that supports awareness, expression, and gentle change.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute consultation by phone, where we can briefly explore what has brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for.
If we decide to work together, your first session will be an opportunity to go at your own pace, talk through your current experiences in more depth, and begin to shape what you would like from therapy. We will also go through the counselling agreement and answer any questions you may have.
