Life can feel pretty overwhelming and heavy at times, it feels like the smallest issue is the biggest, or maybe you are going through something really big right now that is weighing you down. Whatever it is, it is okay to talk about it, you may be feeling like you are a burden or everyone else has their own problems going on.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I am trained in different approaches to therapy. Collaboratively we will create a plan specifically designed for you, including identifying your needs and wants, setting attainable goals towards the changes you wish to make and working towards growth and a more positive mindset. I am passionate about creating change and growth for those facing some difficulties in their or life. Whatever it is, I am here to guide you on your journey with a trusting and warm relationship, which is the core of our work together and fundamental to the therapeutic relationship.
I can help you navigate your big or little problems with gentle exploration of your patterns of relating in your relationships and as well as yourself. Additionally learning to understand your behaviours, emotions, feelings and responses and the way your life's experiences shaped you into the person you are today. I aim to help you develop coping skills and strategies to improve your overall physical, emotional and mental health.
