Online Counsellor and Psychotherapist - Working with Individuals and Couples
Monday - Thursday: 9am to 7pm
Friday Afternoon: 2pm to 6pm
Saturday Morning: 9am to 2pm
About me and my therapy practice
As an online, Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I work with individuals and couples of all genders, sexualities, and ethnicities, across the UK and worldwide. I offer a confidential and inclusive space to talk openly and explore whatever is concerning you, creating an environment where you can be yourself. You decide what we talk about, and we always work at a pace that feels right for you. To help you ensure we are a good fit, I offer a free 30-minute introductory session with no obligation to continue.
I have specialist training in affirming work with Black, Asian and LGBTQ+ clients and understand how identity, culture and intersectionality can shape experience. Alongside individual therapy, I work with gay and straight couples to improve communication, rebuild connection, and foster a deeper understanding of relationship patterns.
Furthermore, my counselling practice is built on a foundation of extensive experience across past roles in social work, probation, a university counselling service and within a domestic abuse programme. This has given me a deep understanding of the complexity of people’s lives, relationships and emotional struggles, and how meaningful change can develop when people feel supported and valued.
My core values:
Compassion – I offer a supportive relationship. Together, we work to quiet your inner critic, transform negative self-talk, and build a lasting sense of self-compassion.
Empathy – I seek to understand your world exactly as you experience it, staying alongside you even when things feel overwhelming, difficult, or painful.
Authenticity – I offer honest reflections to help you step back from external expectations to find your true self.
Inclusivity – I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities and ethnicities and offer a down-to-earth, inclusive space where you can be yourself.
My qualifications:
• MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy
• MSc in Social Work and Social Policy
Who I work with:
• Individuals
• Couples
