About me and my therapy practice
As a Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I offer online therapy to adults, young adults and couples in the UK and abroad. I provide a warm, friendly, and non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself and explore whatever is on your mind. You decide what we talk about, and we always work at a pace that feels right for you. To help you ensure we are a good fit, I offer a free 30-minute introductory session with no obligation to continue.
I have specialist training in affirming work with Black, Asian and LGBTQ+ clients and understand how identity, culture and marginalisation can shape experience. Alongside individual therapy, I work with both straight and gay couples to improve communication, rebuild connection, and foster a deeper understanding of relationship patterns.
Furthermore, my current counselling practice is built on a foundation of high-level experience across past roles in probation, social work, and within a domestic abuse programme. This has given me a deep understanding of the complexity of people’s lives, relationships and emotional struggles.
My core values:
Compassion – I offer a warm, kind, and attentive relationship where your needs are deeply heard and respected. Together, we work to quiet your inner critic, transform negative self-talk, and build a lasting sense of self-compassion.
Empathy – I seek to understand your world exactly as you experience it, staying safely alongside you even when things feel overwhelming, difficult, or painful.
Authenticity – I bring my genuine, transparent self to our sessions. I offer honest, collaborative reflections to help you step back from external expectations and find your own authentic path.
Inclusivity – I warmly welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, and ethnicities. I offer a down-to-earth, grounded space where you can be yourself.

• MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy
• MSc in Social Work and Social Policy
Who I work with:
• Individuals
