About me and my therapy practice

Individuals:

I support you in moving toward the future you want by helping you work through challenges while strengthening your inner leadership — your ability to stay centred, intuitive, aware of conditioning, and able to make life-enhancing choices.

My approach integrates cognitive talk therapy with emotional awareness, body sensations, breathing patterns, and nervous-system understanding. We work with the field of consciousness, drawing from both the higher and lower unconscious. Rooted in the present, our work moves between past and future to help you integrate difficult experiences, expand resilience, and deepen your inner resources.

Couples:

I support you in moving toward the relationship you desire by exploring current difficulties and the attachment patterns that shape them. This lets us work across past, present, and future to understand what’s driving conflict and what’s wanting to grow.

I highlight the strengths in your relationship while helping you address areas of tension from a balanced and compassionate stance. Together, we identify relational patterns, power dynamics, and family legacies that may be influencing your connection.

My couples work integrates cognitive talk therapy with emotional and embodied awareness, alongside RLT-informed strategies that emphasise relational integrity, accountability, and skills for deeper connection. I may offer practices between sessions to help embed insights and support meaningful change.

Practice description

My approach is experiential but knowledge-based, supported by Psychosynthesis transpersonal psychotherapy, RLT couples therapy, neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma therapy, body intelligence, psychosexual therapy, leadership coaching, consciousness studies and perennial and indigenous wisdom traditions.

I translate deep psychological understanding and transpersonal awareness to a personal, relational and professional context. My style is gentle but authentic and clear. Clients often find the impact of our sessions to be powerful and transformative.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call where we can get a sense of each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and give you space to ask any questions.

If we decide to work together, I’ll send you an intake form before our first appointment. This helps me understand your background, current circumstances, and the direction you’d like to move toward.

In our first session, we explore your situation in more depth so I can form an initial understanding of your needs and offer a sense of how the therapeutic journey might unfold. This session also gives you an opportunity to experience my way of working and consider what feels supportive for you.
