Features

Availability

I offer individual psychotherapy online via a video platform (Zoom) and I currently have availability on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings after 5:00 pm.

About me and my therapy practice

I understand that engaging in therapy can be daunting and I’m here to help you through the process.

For me, at the core our work together is our relationship and I aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental space where you can freely discuss anything that may be troubling you. You might have a specific concern in mind, a feeling you can’t seem to shift or just a general sense that something isn’t quite right, we’ll work together to unpick what’s going on for you and explore what might help or what you may need.

I am an integrative therapist and I draw on a variety of theories that underpin my practice and help me tailor our work together to suit your needs. Therapy is a collaborative process and I am there to offer support and guidance during your time with me.

I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their Ethical Framework.

Practice description

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults online via a video platform called Zoom.

I host sessions from home in a private space to maintain confidentiality.

My first session

I offer an initial 20 minute introduction which can be via telephone or online; this is free of charge and gives us time to ‘meet’ and have a chat about what you are looking for and your expectations (you might not know right away what you need but that’s ok).

I will ask you a few questions about what prompted you to get in touch and a bit about your background and we can see if I am a good fit for you. We can discuss working together and go over any questions you might have.

If we then decide to work together, we would agree a weekly appointment and initial timescale. Our agreement to work together would be open-ended but we would discuss timescales and ensure we include regular reviews during our work.

If you have any questions then please feel free to get in touch.
