I’m Amy, a creative therapist supporting overthinkers in their 30s who feel stuck under the weight of self-doubt and expectations.

Many of my clients tell me: “I know what I need to do — I just can’t seem to do it.” Instead of more analysing, we focus on helping your nervous system feel safer, so decisions don’t feel so risky or overwhelming.

Alongside talking therapy, I work creatively and compassionately, using tools such as imagery, metaphor, journalling and reflective exercises. These can help soften self-criticism, untangle the patterns keeping you stuck and rebuild trust in yourself — especially if you tend to live in your head.

If you use tools like ChatGPT for reassurance or support, you won’t be judged here. We can explore how to use them in ways that support your self-trust rather than replace it.

Therapy with me is warm, down-to-earth and unpressured. There’s no fixing, no performing and no expectation to have it all figured out. Just steady support and space for you to finally breathe.

    Extended sessions are available for those who prefer more time or less frequent appointments:
