I work with a wide range of clients aged 16+ facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma as well as many other mental health concerns. I am not located in the UK so I provide sessions online using Google Meet.
I'm a therapeutic coach which means I use a combination of counselling and coaching techniques to help you to explore past experiences that may be affecting you today. As well as helping you to establish goals and incorporate any new insights.
In my practice, I offer a safe and confidential space where you can freely explore your feelings and behaviours without fear of judgment. Through an honest and trusting therapeutic relationship, we can together make sense of your world and facilitate positive change and well-being.
