About me and my therapy practice
Currently not taking on new clients.
Starting work with a counsellor can be a big step. There are so many counsellors and different modalities to choose from. Making a decision about it all can feel like hard work.
Firstly, I think that it is very important to feel comfortable with your counsellor. I also have a strong belief that positive change and healing can occur when you are met with a safe, warm and non judgemental space.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I will work with you, to find the best approach for you and the issues that you are bringing. Counselling is not a one size fits all approach, and it is important that it is tailored to your specific and individual needs.
