About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor at Diploma & Masters Level. I work with individuals and couples.

I cover most areas in counselling but feel most drawn to improving relationships with non-substance related addictive behaviours (feeling out of control with spending, eating, internet use etc.) difficulty making or managing relationships, and how our early bonds impact our behaviours and interactions with others.

Therapy will help you to get to know yourself better with the aim to improve your quality of life. I offer a free 15 minute phone call to discuss how you would like to use counselling and what changes you would like to see and feel, to ensure we would work together well.
