About me and my therapy practice

I recognise that seeking counselling can feel like a significant step. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, loss, or navigating a period of change, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

My professional background includes supporting individuals across a range of educational settings, providing me with a strong understanding of the challenges and transitions people may encounter throughout different stages of life. This experience has enabled me to work with a diverse range of individuals, each with their own unique experiences and needs.

Practice description

While my practice is grounded in person-centred principles, I work integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to ensure that our work together is tailored to you. I believe there is no single approach that suits everyone, and I aim to adapt my practice to support your individual circumstances, goals, and strengths.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals with additional needs, including neurodiversity, and I am committed to providing an inclusive and affirming environment where you feel understood, respected, and valued. My aim is to help you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence, empowering you to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is central to effective counselling, and I strive to offer a collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and able to explore whatever is important to you.

My first session

I understand taking that first step towards counselling may feel overwhelming. My practice offers a safe space where you can speak openly without judgement. I aim to go at your pace, there is no pressure to know exactly what you want to say. Together we can explore what you are experiencing and work towards your goals.
