About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling completely drained by everything you have been carrying lately? If you are struggling to navigate intense burnout, fighting anxious thought loops, or feeling like your nervous system is permanently stuck on high alert, please know that you are not broken. You don’t have to carry the weight of this overwhelm all by yourself.

As an accredited, qualified integrative counsellor and CBT therapist, I offer a gentle, warm, and collaborative online space where you can safely step out of the chaos. Everyone processes the world differently. I specialise in deeply personalised, neurodiversity affirming care that supports ADHD minds and respects exactly how your unique brain works, finding strategies that actually fit you rather than forcing you into a one size fits all box.

In my practice, we look beyond the surface to address immediate symptoms while safely exploring and healing the root causes of your distress:

• Anxiety and Panic: Manage restless loops and physical symptoms during difficult seasonal transitions.

• Depression and Low Mood: Explore emotional triggers and gently break exhausting cycles.

• Trauma and Inner Child Support: Unpack past events to safely resolve old hurts and fears.

• Relational Patterns: Explore relationship struggles to build healthier connections with yourself and others.

• Grief and Loss: Process complex bereavement and manage grief related exhaustion.

Qualifying in 2018, my foundational skills were enhanced working for the mental health charity MIND and within education settings. Today, I deliver flexible therapy remotely via secure online and telephone sessions UK wide. Based in Swansea, I bridge the gap for trusted support locally in South Wales or across the UK.

Practice description

In a world that constantly demands we push through, mask our struggles, and keep going, it is incredibly rare to find a space where you can simply drop your guard and breathe.

My practice is built on the understanding that your exhaustion, anxiety, or burnout is not a sign that you are broken; it is a sign that your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long.

When you are living in a state of constant overwhelm, just getting through the day takes immense courage, and the heavy isolation can make you feel profoundly disconnected from yourself and the world around you.

Here, we create an intentional space designed to interrupt that isolation, offering a calm, consistent environment to safely drop your defences, unpack that weight, and reconnect with the person you were always meant to be.

Our sessions are fully collaborative. I do not use a one size fits all approach; instead, I actively blend the structured tools of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with deep, trauma informed psychodynamic exploration and mind-body awareness to find the inner strength needed for lasting change.

We will map out your thoughts and behaviours to identify the negative cycles driving anxiety or panic, and provide neurodiversity affirming care that explicitly supports ADHD, autism, or sensory differences to manage executive dysfunction and navigate intense burnout.

Together, we create a paced environment to safely process complex grief, life transitions, or trauma response triggers, gently exploring early childhood patterns to heal old hurts.

My clinical work incorporates holistic training in Reiki and Reflexology, viewing well-being through a lens that honours how your body holds onto emotional stress to help regulate an overstimulated nervous system.

Taking that very first step towards support can feel incredibly heavy, but you truly do not have to walk this path alone. Whenever you feel ready to pause, heal, and rebuild, please know that my door is open.

My first session

Our work together begins with a full 50-minute initial session, which is charged at my standard rate of £50.00. Rather than just a brief consultation, this is a dedicated, paid session that provides a secure and meaningful space for us to have an in-depth discussion about everything bringing you to therapy, explore your primary goals, and determine how counselling can best support you.

Prior to this first meeting, I will send you some important initial forms via email to complete. These include a standard Counselling Contract, an Assessment form, and a GDPR document. Reviewing these together beforehand helps ensure we establish a clear, safe, and highly ethical framework for our therapy from the very outset.

Because my practice operates entirely remotely via secure online and telephone counselling, this initial session also serves as an opportunity to ensure you feel completely comfortable and safe with the digital or phone setup.

There is no pressure or expectations during our first meeting; it is simply a collaborative, gentle step to clarify how we can best work together to help you heal and rebuild at your own pace.
