About Me

With over 25 years of experience, I provide personalised counselling and coaching to individuals facing challenges such as low self-esteem, lack of motivation, depression, and anxiety. My specialist focus is on ADHD, as well as alcohol, substance, and behavioral dependencies. I also offer support with relationship issues related to these concerns, with the overall goal of improving mental health and fostering healthier thought patterns.

I am a BACP registered therapist with a Master’s in Addiction Psychology and Counselling, and an accredited Advanced Practitioner with Addiction Professionals. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or a family member, I am committed to helping you gain understanding, overcome obstacles, and develop healthier ways of living.

I have flexible hours and offer online and telephone sessions for those not wishing to travel.

All my work is trauma-informed, meaning I follow the guiding principles of Safety, Choice, Collaboration, Trustworthiness and Empowerment.

My first session

Each session is for 50 minutes. I offer an initial complimentary 15 minute introductory session to allow you time to tell me a little about yourself and ask me any questions. The session ensures that I can meet your needs and that you feel comfortable with the process.
