About me and my therapy practice

Many of us experience periods in our life when we feel the need to reflect, re-evaluate goals or deal with emotional distress that prevents us moving forward. As a qualified Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, I am able to offer an integrative therapy, which can adapt to the evolving needs of my clients.

Practice description

I am fully qualified to offer face to face, online and telephone sessions.

I feel passionately about mental wellbeing and recognise how easy it is for our modern lifestyles to create an environment where we feel unable to be our authentic selves. I recognise that for many people the biggest challenge is being heard, finding people that will listen without judgement and I therefore offer a safe space for clients to explore their own agenda. I work from a basis of humanistic counselling theory incorporating aspects of NLP and hypnotherapy, where appropriate, to suit the individual needs of each of my clients.
