About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative CBT/EMDR therapist and use an effective integrative approach to mental health issues. By looking at your past, present and future I can help you transform your inner and outer life to happier and healthier ways of being.

With this in mind, the central theme of my practice is providing a safe space to explore and resolve issues, and it has been my privilege to help my clients achieve their goals and overcome their emotional problems for a healthier well being.
