Therapist - Sudbury

Sudbury CO10
07759424240
Sessions from £65.00

Features

Availability

I offer online sessions between 9am and 2pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative therapist meaning that my therapeutic approach is tailored to meet your individual needs. While your past is part of who you are, it shouldn’t dictate your present. I aim to listen deeply and really understand and validate your story and how it has personally affected you. I will then offer you the opportunity to challenge and explore any beliefs that might not be serving you well in the present. I will work at whatever pace suits you and can offer creative options should you wish to work in this way.

Sometimes everything feels overwhelming. Therapy can provide you with a shelter from the storm—a consistent, weekly opportunity to build your resources and move towards the life you truly want to lead. I works in person with adult clients from a comfortable and private space in Copmanthorpe, York and also offer online appointments if you are elsewhere in the country or unable to attend in person.

Practice description

I specialise in anxiety, trauma and complex PTSD and the link between physical and neurological responses but have a broad experience of other issues. You can expect honesty and authenticity from me throughout our work together.

I have particular experience of working with:
