About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced therapist with many years of professional practice supporting LGBT+ individuals and couples through a wide range of personal and relationship challenges. My work focuses on helping people explore issues such as self-esteem, identity, sexuality and relationship difficulties within a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
I offer a warm and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what you are going through. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about the next step in their lives. Together we can explore your thoughts and emotions, make sense of past experiences and develop greater self-understanding and self-acceptance.
My integrative approach allows me to draw from different therapeutic models and tailor therapy to your individual needs. I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, loneliness, trauma, addiction recovery, shame, and challenges around sexuality, identity and relationships. I also provide support around HIV-related issues, gender identity and transition.
I specialise in working with clients who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans and queer. Therapy can offer a valuable opportunity to reflect, build confidence and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Sessions are available online and in person, offering flexibility to suit your schedule. If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss how we might work together.
