My working hours are 10am-7pm Tuesday-Friday and 10am-4pm Saturdays.

About me and my therapy practice
Do you ever feel stuck between who you are and who you want to be? Maybe you're longing for change but unsure where to start- in your relationships, your sense of self, or how you move through the world.
I offer a space that helps you explore that gap with compassion, honesty, and practical support. I work with individuals, couples, and those navigating neurodivergence or queer identity, helping you understand yourself more clearly and create the changes that feel right for you. My approach is both empathetic and challenging- a balance that keeps you grounded while gently pushing toward real, lasting solutions.
As an Integrative counsellor, I blend together different theories and practices for a tailored approach to individual and couples therapy. There are no expectations or prescriptive sessions. This allows a focused approach for you to get the most of our time together.
I work with a solution focused core element, endeavouring to help you understand your past, to explore the present and to empower you to move forward in life. This may be working with a goal in mind for the short term or a longer term journey.
I have personal lived experience with ADHD and can help to navigate what a potential diagnosis may bring up, learn to give yourself compassion and help to reduce the shame associated with Neurodiversity.
My background was working for 20+ years as a Veterinary nurse. This has given me a greater insight into love and loss. I am compassionate, warm and caring. I offer a space where joy can also be celebrated, I believe laughter is a great form of healing.
Practice description
Counselling works to deepen your awareness and attunement within yourself. Seeking a balance between mind and body, to process past and present experiences, at your own pace.
I provide a challenging, yet compassionate approach to life's chapters. My role is to empower you, to create the change you want to see within yourself.
If you feel 'Talking therapy' might not be the right approach for you, creative work in sessions can be just as healing, by expressing how feelings may look or feel if they could express themselves, and this can give a greater insight on areas which may be hidden.
I work with individuals and couples embarking on relationship therapy. Whether it is navigating a crisis within a relationship, deepening connection for stronger foundations, Intimacy difficulties, betrayals or finding a way to move on separately.
I am a breakup and divorce coach, so I can help you to find empowerment and solutions to move forward with your life.
I specialise in Relationship, Couples, Eating disorders and Neurodivergent therapy.
My practice is neurodivergent and LBTQIA+ Safe space.
My first session
I offer a free short introductory session over the telephone/online. This allows each of us to see if we are the right fit for your journey.
After that, sessions can begin weekly or fortnightly, I offer both short term and long term sessions. Face to face, online or over the telephone. Sessions are 60 minutes.
If you feel a one off session could help with your current situation, a 90 minute appointment can be made.
I am also happy to discuss concessions for those on low incomes.
