About me and my therapy practice

Looking for the right counsellor can be a bit of a minefield, so if you are reading this then you are one step closer to beginning your counselling journey with me.

It is common for people to disregard painful feelings or experiences and to bury them or put them in a box never to be opened again or dealt with until they begin to force their way out and into everyday life. Having been a client before becoming a counsellor I have some understanding of how dark some of these places can be which led me into this role of counsellor.

Practice description

As a Person-centred counsellor I believe that ultimately you hold the answers to your struggles and that you have the power to change the way you look at, experience and deal with these issues. You are the only person who knows what is best and truly understands what you need and where you are right now. Together we can explore what you feel you need and how you can make changes and move forward in order to build the life you want and deserve, and most importantly be happy.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute consultation because I encourage you to look at other therapists to make the best decision, after all, you are investing in yourself so it should be the best.
