About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in working with men, and have a particular understanding of the pressures and expectations that can make it harder to ask for support in the first place. I also work more broadly with individuals, both online and face to face, on issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement and trauma.

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or low mood, struggling in your relationships, or finding that past experiences are still affecting your life now. Therapy can offer a space to make sense of this and find a way forward.

I'm a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I work in line with their ethical framework.

Often, the patterns that once helped us cope begin to hold us back. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion — understanding the role they've played, and gently loosening their grip in the present.

As an integrative counsellor, I adapt how I work to suit you. This might mean giving you space to talk openly, exploring thoughts and feelings in depth, or helping you notice patterns in how you relate to others.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and work at a pace that feels right for you.

If this resonates, you're welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial session.
