About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can be very difficult and challenging, we can find ourselves becoming overwhelmed, causing us to feel confused, sad, anxious or even depressed. Perhaps you have recently been bereaved or encountered multiple losses, or you find yourself really struggling in your relationship or friendships, or you simply don't know why you feel the way you do. Perhaps there are things holding you back from thriving in the present, do you feel trapped or just need some support. We all can suffer at times from various difficulties and sometimes we can also feel stuck in patterns of unhealthy behaviour.
I can provide you with a safe confidential space to support and enable you to freely and without judgement share and work through your challenges. Through this you will feel enabled to help process these feelings and understand and untangle possible roots of your challenges. My understanding, yet gentle and supportive approach I believe helps provide a place of respect and compassion which allows for the development of a good therapeutic relationship which is pivotal to the best outcomes and lasting change. Working together, you can expect a warm, kind, professional approach. Taking this first important step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

About me and my therapy practice
Life can at times be very difficult and challenging and we can find ourselves becoming overwhelmed. You might be experiencing sadness, anxiety, confusion or even depression, or perhaps you’re struggling with feelings you can’t quite make sense of . Sometimes there is a clear reason—such as bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties or challenges within friendships. At other times, we can simply find ourselves feeling stuck or trapped in unhelpful patterns or unsure of what is holding us back from living the life we want. Whatever has brought you to this point, you don’t have to have all the answers before reaching out for support.
I can offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together at your own pace, we can begin to make sense of difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences, while gently exploring some of the underlying roots of the challenges you may be facing.
My approach is warm, kind, compassionate and supportive, while remaining professional and respectful of your individual needs. I believe that feeling genuinely heard, understood and accepted is an important part of therapy. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship creates the space to explore what may be difficult, develop greater self-understanding and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes.
Therapy is about working with you, helping you understand yourself more deeply and supporting you to discover ways forward that feel right for you. Taking this first step towards seeking support can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of something positive—a chance to reconnect with yourself and move beyond what has been holding you back and create a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Taking this first important step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. You don't have to navigate it alone, I am here to support you in that process.
