About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or constantly exhausted from trying to fit into a world that wasn't built for you?

You might be navigating painful hormonal shifts, chronic illness, or the physical toll that years of unaddressed stress and trauma have taken on your body.

In your relationships, you may find yourself repeating exhausting patterns, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling deeply misunderstood by the people closest to you.

If you identify as LGBTQ, you might also be carrying the heavy, quiet weight of minoritised stress, past relational trauma, or the ongoing search for a space where your identity and expression are celebrated.

If any of this sounds like you, then I'm glad you're here.

You don't need to perform, mask, or translate your inner world here. Therapy with me is a collaborative, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed space:

Somatic & Trauma-Informed Care: We go beyond traditional talk therapy to help your nervous system feel genuinely safe, processing deep-seated trauma at a pace that feels grounded and manageable.

Neurodivergent Affirmation: Whether you are formally diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring ADHD or Autism, we focus on unmasking, building sensory accommodation, and unlearning the shame of "not doing life right."

Relational & Identity Healing: We work through relational attachment, boundary work, and trauma, helping you foster deeply fulfilling, authentic connections—whether non-traditional, non-monogamous, or queer—that celebrate who you are.

Women's Health Integration: We explicitly bridge the gap between physical and mental health, addressing the emotional impact of hormonal changes, reproductive health, and chronic illness.

You deserve a space where every piece of your identity is seen, respected, and championed. Whenever you're ready to lay down the weight of trying to survive on everyone else's terms, I am here to help you step into a life that genuinely feels like your own.

Practice description

I'm a dual practitioner, which means I am trained as both a psychotherapist and a coach. You can come to me for either, or we can combine the two.

One Meeting Therapy

Sometimes, we don't need a year of sessions to find our footing, we just need the right conversation at the right time. Often called Single Session Therapy, this approach is built on the philosophy that a single, focused meeting can be a catalyst for significant change.

ADHD Coaching

ADHD isn’t just about focus, it’s about how our brains interact with our history and our hormones. If you’ve spent years wondering why your executive function fluctuates wildly, or why your symptoms feel unmanageable at certain times of the month or life stages, the answer lies at the intersection of neurodiversity, hormonal health, and trauma.

Trauma Informed Therapy

Trauma informed approaches can be combined or it can be just as effective to try a single approach. For example, if you feel that talking therapy is not for you (and you would like to spend less time in therapy) then EMDR is a good option.

Solution focused therapy has more of a ‘coaching feel’ to it, and is also usually short term work. Unlike other trauma informed approaches, there are exercises that you can engage with out of session.

Internal family systems therapy is usually longer term work, and is effective for cumulative trauma such as difficult childhood experiences. It’s particularly helpful for understanding how you interact with others in all of your important relationships.

Relationship Coaching

When we hear the word relationship, our minds often jump straight to romance. But the most influential, long-lasting, and sometimes most challenging connections in our lives aren't always with our partners. They are with the people we work beside, the siblings we grew up with, and the friends who know our secrets.

But if it is your romantic relationship that is challenging you the most, we can work on that too!

My first session

Having worked in agency settings, I am used to time limited therapy and coaching, and am happy to work with you on a fixed term or open ended basis.

Depending on which type of therapy/coaching you are interested in, the following covers what to expect in your first session:

One Meeting Therapy - £100 for 60m session.  Fee includes: pre-questionnaire for meeting focus and summary reflections which I email to you after our session.

ADHD Coaching - £75 for initial 60m session.  We can discuss session length and frequency, including any goals or focus areas.

Trauma Informed Therapy - £70 for 50m session £100 for 90m session.  We can discuss session length and frequency, and if you prefer a single therapeutic approach or an integrated approach. If you choose EMDR, I stipulate that you book 6 x weekly sessions in the first instance.

Relationship Coaching  - £75 for 60m session (individual) £100 (pair).  We can discuss relationship goals or focus areas and session frequency.  For pairs, we will meet individually first, then I usually recommend booking 6 x weekly sessions at which point we can review our progress together.
