Reaching out for support can feel daunting, whether you’re a teenager, young adult, or adult. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Sometimes having someone to listen, understand, and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing can make all the difference.
I work with teens and adults , tailoring therapy to what feels most helpful for you and where you’re at in life. I offer a warm, non-judgemental, and supportive space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind, at a pace that feels comfortable.
Together, we can explore the underlying reasons behind the difficulties you’re facing, helping you develop greater self-awareness, healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and a stronger sense of confidence, clarity, and calm.
