About me and my therapy practice
You might be feeling anxious, low, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. Perhaps relationships feel difficult, or you’re left with a sense that something isn’t quite right, even if you can’t fully put it into words.
I offer a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where we can begin to explore what’s going on for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy — we can take time to understand things together, at a pace that feels right.
Practice description
At the heart of my work is the relationship between us. I work in a relational and integrative way, drawing on Gestalt, Person-Centred and Transactional Analysis. This means I’m interested not only in your past, but in how you experience yourself and others in the present moment — including what happens between us in the room.
People often come to me wanting relief from anxiety or low mood, but also with deeper questions about themselves, their relationships, or their sense of identity. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to support you in making sense of your experiences, building self-awareness, and finding new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I bring over 25 years’ experience in helping roles, and have worked in private practice, NHS and voluntary settings with people from a wide range of backgrounds. I have particular experience with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, family and childhood experiences, identity, and trauma.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming and have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, including within specialist organisations. I am committed to working in a way that is sensitive to difference, and to how culture, identity and lived experience can shape our inner world and relationships.
I also work with couples and am currently undertaking specialist couples therapy training, alongside developing my practice in psychosexual therapy.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation, giving us a chance to see whether working together feels like a good fit. I currently work online and in private practice.
If something here resonates with you, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a relational clinical supervisor offering a reflective, supportive and collaborative space in which practitioners can think deeply about their work, themselves and their clients.
Supervision with me is a place to slow things down, explore complexity, and attend carefully to both clinical material and the relational processes that emerge between therapist and client — and between supervisee and supervisor. I aim to create a supervision relationship that feels safe enough for challenge, curiosity and honest reflection.
Practice description
My supervisory approach is grounded in relational principles and is informed primarily by Gestalt, Person-Centred and Transactional Analysis theories. I pay close attention to parallel process, use of self, power dynamics and the impact of difference, diversity and context within the therapeutic and supervisory relationships.
I work collaboratively rather than prescriptively, supporting supervisees to develop their own clinical judgement, confidence and ethical awareness. While I offer structure and containment, I am also responsive to what emerges in the moment, valuing supervision as a living, relational process rather than a purely managerial task.
I have many5 years’ experience working in helping roles. I currently run a private practice and have worked across NHS and voluntary sector settings, including with high-risk and marginalised client groups.
I am trained to MSc level in psychotherapy and hold an accredited level 6 diploma in clinical supervision. I work with both trainee and qualified practitioners and am familiar with the requirements of BACP, UKCP and NCPS frameworks.
I offer supervision that supports clinical work with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational and attachment-based difficulties, identity issues, and work with LGBTQ+ clients. I also supervise work with couples and psychosexual themes and welcome supervisees working in training or developing new areas of practice.
My supervision style is reflective, relational and ethically focused, with attention to safeguarding, risk, professional boundaries and practitioner wellbeing.
I am strongly committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and bring this awareness explicitly into supervision. I encourage open exploration of difference, power and social context, and how these may be influencing the therapeutic work, the supervisee, and the supervisory relationship itself.
My first session
I currently offer online supervision and provide a free initial meeting to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
If you are looking for a supervisor who values relationship, depth and thoughtful clinical reflection, you are welcome to get in touch.
