I currently offer counselling sessions online via Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or over the phone, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you. Working online can provide a sense of ease and flexibility, allowing you to engage in therapy from a familiar environment where you feel safe and relaxed.
Online sessions still hold all the core values of person‑centred counselling — empathy, acceptance, and genuine connection. Many clients find that speaking from their own space helps them open up more freely and feel grounded during the process. Whether we meet through video or voice call, my focus remains on creating a warm, confidential, and non‑judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
If you’re unsure whether online therapy is right for you, we can talk about this during the initial 15‑minute session and find the approach that best supports your wellbeing.
About me and my therapy practice
A safe, understanding space to explore your feelings — and a supportive path toward clarity, resilience, and personal growth.
We all struggle at times to understand our place in the world. Life can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to balance responsibilities, expectations, and your own needs that have gone unmet for too long. Wanting to become the best version of yourself is a brave intention — but it’s also a journey, and none of us is meant to walk it alone.
You may feel lonely, misunderstood, anxious about the future, or stuck in a phase where nothing seems to move forward. These moments aren’t signs of weakness; they’re often your mind and body pausing to make sense of what’s happening so you can grow in a new direction. As human beings, we all long for connection, understanding, and a sense of belonging.
As a Person‑Centred Counsellor, I offer a warm, safe, and accepting space where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely, without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, understand its meaning for you, and support your journey toward clarity, resilience, and personal growth. My role is to walk alongside you — not to tell you who to be, but to help you reconnect with your own strength, wisdom, and capacity for change.
Practice description
A space where you are heard, accepted, and supported to grow in your own way — your journey, your pace, your voice.
Person‑Centred counselling places you at the heart of the process. You choose what feels important to explore, and together we make sense of your experiences in a way that feels empowering and meaningful. Through genuine connection, deep listening, and respect for your autonomy, therapy can help you understand yourself more clearly and feel more confident in taking control of your life.
Stress can feel overwhelming, but it can also be a powerful moment of learning and self‑discovery. Sometimes we simply need the right conditions to reconnect with our inner strength. In our sessions, you will be met with unconditional positive regard — a space where you are accepted exactly as you are, without judgment or expectation. I offer a calm, confidential environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings freely, at a pace that feels right for you.
My role is not to give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I walk alongside you with empathy, warmth, and respect, supporting your self‑discovery through genuine connection and non‑judgmental understanding. You lead the way, and together we create the conditions that allow your own insights, wisdom, and direction to emerge.
My first session
I offer a free 15‑minute initial session so we can meet each other and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you. This short conversation is a chance for you to share what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and what you feel you might need from the counselling process. It also gives you space to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work.
This is simply a gentle exploration of your wellbeing, your current circumstances, and any support you may already have in place. It helps me understand how best to support you and ensures that therapy is offered in a way that feels safe, respectful, and tailored to your needs.
There is no pressure to continue after this session — it is your time to decide whether the space feels comfortable, whether my approach aligns with what you’re looking for, and whether you feel ready to begin your therapeutic journey.
