Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about what’s next? You’re not alone — and I’m here to help.
I’m a warm, experienced, and qualified integrative counsellor based in the UK, working with clients from all walks of life. In our sessions (via Teams or phone), we’ll tailor the way we work together using a blend of therapeutic methods — because I truly believe that what works for one person may not work for another.
How I Can Help You
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, trauma, or disordered eating, I focus on understanding how your thoughts and emotions influence your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and you’ll learn coping strategies that support not just short-term relief, but lasting change.
I also work with people who have experienced abuse, helping them process their past and build a future rooted in resilience and self-compassion.
My Approach
Integrative therapy: I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches — such as CBT, person-centred therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-focused techniques — so that our work is flexible and personalized.
Client-centred collaboration: Your goals matter. Whether you want to manage overwhelm, heal old wounds, or build stronger self-esteem, we work together at your pace.
Warm & upbeat energy: My style is empathetic, encouraging, and grounded. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions honestly — but also with a sense of hope for change.
What You Can Expect
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other: I’ll listen deeply to what’s bringing you to therapy, and we’ll collaboratively set some goals. I know starting therapy can feel daunting — but I’ll be with you every step of the way, making sure you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Practice description
I am flexible and can accommodate life and work schedules so the timings and frequency of sessions works best for each client.
I look at what ways we can support the sessions, using tools and resources to create a unique experience which encourages the client to feel secure and comfortable in the therapeutic relationship and with the changes they are making.
