My background includes many years working within mental health, management roles, and frontline environments, alongside extensive experience supporting victims of abuse, childhood sexual abuse, forces personnel, frontline workers, and crisis responders. This breadth of experience enables me to offer trauma‑informed, culturally aware, and context‑sensitive support to clients navigating complex histories.

Drawing on specialist training centred around safety, stabilisation, processing, reintegration, and reconnection, alongside many years of experience supporting survivors of abuse, childhood sexual trauma, forces personnel, frontline workers, and crisis responders, I provide evidence‑based, compassionate support tailored to each client’s needs.
