About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative relational psychotherapist & counsellor working with couples and individuals over 18 years old. I offer both short- and long-term therapy. I am currently working face-to-face, online and telephone.
Do you feel stuck in your relationship or find yourself repeating patterns?
Good relationships are fundamental to our wellbeing and difficulties in relationship with others can cause us unhappiness and effect our physical and mental health.
We all experience times of difficulty in our lives, when events or relationships feel overwhelming, or we can feel a loss of direction or purpose. Sometimes this can lead to anxiety and feeling low or depression. Talking to a trained professional helps us make sense of those challenging times and offers a way through them, moving towards a better understanding of ourselves and our feelings.
Counselling takes place in a safe space, where you can meet with me and I will listen with sensitivity and empathy – and without judgement. In the therapy space thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely and in confidence allowing you to be who you truly are.
Working together I can help you gain greater insight into the difficulties you are facing, help you understand why you act or react to them the way you do, and see how you can start to make better, healthier choices moving forward.
I am an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) & a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which means I have met their criteria for qualified therapists and work in accordance with their ethical framework. I am a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) and am currently working towards accreditation.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a relational integrative psychotherapist (MSc) with eight years’ experience, currently in training at Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. I also bring over 30 years’ experience as a nurse, which informs my grounded, compassionate, and ethically focused approach.
I offer clinical supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, and professionals in helping roles, including social workers, nurses, and teachers.
My supervision practice is rooted in the belief that growth happens through relationship. I provide a warm, collaborative, and reflective space where you can explore your clinical work openly, with client welfare held at the centre.
Working from a humanistic and integrative perspective, I draw on a relational and developmental model, supporting curiosity about both the therapeutic relationship and the wider context of your work. I pay particular attention to relational dynamics, including those that may be outside of immediate awareness.
I aim to offer a supervision space that balances safety and thoughtful challenge, supporting you to deepen your confidence, presence, and relational practice.
Please feel free to get in touch via email to discuss supervision.
