About me and my therapy practice

About Me

If you’re struggling, feeling stuck, or simply want to make a change, I’m your man.

I’m a bilingual Psychotherapist, Psychologist and Life Coach, passionate about helping people improve their mental health, build resilience, grow and reach their full potential.

I specialise in CBT, Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused Therapy, alongside personal development and resilience. I believe therapy should be holistic, collaborative and tailored to you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to find what works best for you.

I understand that opening up can be difficult. As a young man, I experienced my own struggles with expressing how I felt, and those experiences helped shape the therapist I am today. I’m passionate about creating the kind of space where people feel comfortable being themselves.

I hold a Level 7 Master’s Degree in Counselling and a Level 6 degree in Psychology from Bangor University. I have experience working with the NHS, RCS, Ara, Cruse and Gwynedd Council, and work with both adults and children. I have experience supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, ADD, ASD, OCD and anorexia.

Outside of therapy, I’m very active and outdoorsy. I enjoy tennis, the gym, hiking and athletics, and I’m a former semi-professional footballer who has represented Anglesey at the Island Games. I’m also a huge foodie, very social and adventurous.

For me, the therapeutic relationship is key. I aim to provide a warm, open and non-judgemental environment where you set the pace. Honesty matters — if something doesn’t feel right, tell me and we’ll work on it together.

Ultimately, I want to help you develop the tools, confidence and coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges and thrive.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Get in touch if you’d like to find out more.
