About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist and counselling tutor, offering a flexible and collaborative approach to therapy that is tailored to each client’s individual needs, pace, and goals.
I work with openness and respect for difference and diversity, and I am experienced in supporting clients with trauma, bereavement, relationship and family difficulties, parenthood and fertility issues, anxiety and depression, work-related stress, identity issues, and personal development.
I have a particular interest in working with people in technical and high-pressure professional environments and have developed a short-term therapy programme designed to support emotional wellbeing, burnout prevention, and resilience at work.
I work with adults with ADHD, supporting both personal wellbeing and workplace functioning. This includes helping clients develop practical strategies for focus, organisation, time management, and sustainable productivity, alongside emotional regulation and self-understanding.
Where appropriate, I integrate creative and art-based therapeutic approaches to support expression and insight, particularly when feelings are difficult to put into words.
Alongside one-to-one therapy, I facilitate support groups and provide emotional support within organisational and corporate settings. I also offer clinical supervision to Level 4 counselling students, with concessionary rates available.

I offer individual online sessions (zoom or over the phone) and face-to-face group sessions.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counselling therapist, clinical supervisor, and experienced counselling tutor, offering supervision that bridges theory, practice, and professional development.
Alongside my private practice, I have several years’ experience teaching CPCAB Levels 2–4 and working within NHS-informed frameworks. This allows me to support both trainees and qualified therapists in developing not only their clinical skills, but also their confidence, professional identity, and ethical decision-making.
I offer additional support to trainee counsellors working towards CPCAB qualification requirements.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in real clinical work. I support supervisees to explore their client work in depth, understand relational dynamics, and make meaningful links between theory and practice. I am particularly attuned to the challenges therapists face when transitioning into independent practice, including managing risk, boundaries, and self-doubt.
I offer a thoughtful and containing supervisory space where the emotional impact of the work can be safely processed, and where supervisees are supported to grow with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
Practice description
I have a particular interest in working with:
Trainee counsellors (CPCAB Levels 2–4)
Therapists working with trauma, anxiety, and relational difficulties
Therapists transitioning into private practice
Coaching practitioners
I offer supervision that goes beyond case discussion, focusing on the development of the therapist as a whole.
My approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in real clinical practice. I support supervisees to explore not only what is happening in their client work, but also how they are impacted by it — including emotional responses, relational patterns, and unconscious dynamics.
With a background in both clinical practice and teaching CPCAB Levels 2–4, I am particularly well placed to support trainees in linking theory to practice, building confidence, and navigating the challenges of becoming a therapist. I also support qualified practitioners who want to deepen their work, reflect more fully, and develop their therapeutic identity.
Supervision with me is collaborative and containing, offering both support and appropriate challenge. My aim is to create a space where you can think more clearly about your work, feel less alone in it, and continue to grow with confidence and integrity.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get a sense of how we might work together.
We will explore your current practice, level of experience, and what you are looking for from supervision. This might include discussing your client work, areas of confidence and challenge, and any specific goals you have for your development.
We will also put a clear supervision agreement in place, covering boundaries, expectations, and ethical responsibilities, so that the work is safe, structured, and supportive.
There will be space for you to bring any immediate client material, as well as to reflect on how the work is impacting you. I also see the first session as a two-way process — an opportunity for you to experience my approach and decide whether it feels like the right fit for you.
