About me and my therapy practice

I am a therapist with a specialist interest in addictions, trauma and anxiety and self esteem.

I work with adults only (18+) in person or online. I also work with couples and groups.

Practice description

Baldovie House is the name of the house where I work and also the therapy practice. We have two therapists providing service to the Angus, Dundee and Aberdeenshire areas.

We are based in a rural location providing seclusion and privacy.

My first session

If you contact me we will have a short phone call (20 minustes, free of charge) to start with to explore what you are looking for from therapy and if we agree we will have a first session which involves me taking some onboarding details from you and going through a client - therapist agreement which confirms when we will meet how much it will cost and protects your confidentiality. The fee is my standard rate.
