Hey, I’m Hollie and a warm welcome to my profile.
I offer in person and online counselling, providing both daytime and evening appointments.
My in person sessions are in Glasgow City Centre.
About me and my therapy practice
Life experiences can impact us much more than we are aware of, leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or helpless in what we believe and how we feel about ourselves, others, or our world.
These impacts may present as low self-esteem, high anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, addictions, trauma, relationship issues, isolation, emotional disconnection, and depression. Unprocessed emotion may also be manifesting physically in your body as pain or illness.
Practice description
I hold a warm, confidential, and supportive space, helping you feel safe to let me into your inner world so we can compassionately explore and better understand your struggles and wounds. As a Humanistic Integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of approaches to best meet your needs, wants, and goals. I work collaboratively with you as the unique person you are—working at your pace and tailoring my support throughout our time together to assist your healing and growth, ultimately helping you build a life with greater fulfilment.

About me and my therapy practice
Working as a counsellor brings a deep honour in being trusted by others to enter their inner worlds, yet it also carries a unique kind of professional pressure around our own self-awareness and containment. Using ourselves as the primary tool in the therapy room demands a high level of self-awareness. Yet, being human means that no matter how experienced we are, we cannot possibly spot every dynamic or catch every personal response as it happens. Our own lived experience inevitably enters the room with us, and the work of staying curious about that impact is a lifelong process. Bringing another set of clinical senses into your work offers a grounded, supportive space to process those subtle pulls, and gain a wider and deeper perspective without judgment. As an integrative supervisor, my role is to offer a collaborative, reflective environment where you can review your caseload, honour the reality of the work, and feel genuinely supported in your clinical decision-making.
Practice description
Supervision with me is an active, reflective partnership holding both clinical responsibility and relational depth. Naturally, we explore client material, navigate ethical dilemmas, and think through risk with care and clarity. At the same time, we look beyond purely exploring client material from a distance. Together, we look closely at the subtle interpersonal patterns unfolding in the therapy room and make room to process what gets evoked within you when holding complex client material. We also pay gentle attention to the living dynamic between us in the supervisory room, noticing how unconscious processes or parallel dynamics might illuminate what is happening in your client relationships. If you value a grounded, ethically sound practice that balances thorough case discussion with curiosity about the relational and unconscious layers of therapeutic work, you will find our sessions well-aligned.
My first session
I offer supervision exclusively to qualified counsellors and psychotherapists working with adult clients (18+) who hold registered membership with a recognized professional body such as the BACP, COSCA, or equivalent.
Because finding the right supervisor is a relational decision, I offer an initial informal conversation so we can discuss your practice, get a feel for how we connect, and ensure our working styles align smoothly.
