Hi, I’m Laura, a BACP-registered therapist offering online IFS-informed therapy sessions for adults in the UK and internationally. I offer a supportive, relational space to explore what's coming up for you with curiosity, warmth, and compassion.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a space for people navigating change, living through hard times, or wanting to explore a deeper sense of who they are.

I work gently and relationally, creating time where we can explore what’s coming up for you, even when things feel tangled or difficult.

My practice is grounded in advanced training in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS Level 2) alongside years of experience working in a person-centred way. In our sessions, if and when it feels right, we can explore the different parts of you; the parts that protect you, carry pain, feel joy, or hold strong emotions.

Together, we may notice how past experiences, relationships, and patterns show up in your life today, making space for understanding, self-compassion, and greater ease.

I am mindful of how social and cultural contexts shape our experiences, and my approach is trauma-informed, culturally aware, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and affirming of neurodiversity. I also hold the mind-body connection as an important part of therapeutic work.

My approach is informed by neuroscience, mindfulness, philosophy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Jungian psychology. I have a particular interest in dreams, archetypes, mythology, folklore, and our connection to land and place, which may gently weave into therapy where meaningful for you.

If you’re wondering whether working together might feel supportive, you’re welcome to explore more on my website or arrange a free 30-minute initial call.

Reaching out can take courage, and we can start wherever you are.
