About me and my therapy practice
I’m an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, and I work with adults who are living with anxiety, low mood, chronic overwhelm, or the sense of feeling out of step with others. These experiences can make everyday life feel heavier than it needs to be, and together we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface so you can feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.
I also work with the quieter struggles that build up over time — stress, burnout, identity questions, relationship patterns, or the feeling that you’re carrying more than you can comfortably hold. My aim is to help you create a life that feels steadier, more spacious, and more aligned with who you are.
Although my core qualification is in psychotherapeutic counselling, my way of working is integrative. I draw from Person‑Centred, Psychodynamic, and Transpersonal approaches, shaping the work around your needs and pace. I offer online sessions and face‑to‑face sessions in Greenwich.
Practice description
People often choose to work with me because I offer a calm, steady presence and a space where they don’t have to mask, perform, or explain themselves. Clients frequently tell me they feel understood in a way they haven’t before — especially if they’re sensitive, overwhelmed, or neurodivergent.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded. I help you make sense of your inner world while offering practical strategies that genuinely fit your life. You can choose weekly or fortnightly sessions, online or in person in Greenwich.

Before we begin, we’ll have a 30‑minute assessment session to explore what you’re looking for from therapy and to ensure I’m the right fit for your needs. If we decide to work together, I’ll provide all the information you need to feel comfortable and prepared for our sessions.

About me and my therapy practice
Many people reach out for online therapy at the point where they quietly think, “I can’t go on like this.” You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by the effort of holding everything together — especially if you’ve spent years masking, adapting, or managing intense inner experiences on your own.
Online therapy can offer a calm, steady space without the pressure of travelling or being in a new environment. It can be especially supportive if you’re neurodivergent, sensitive to sensory load, or simply feel more at ease in your own surroundings. My approach is relational, grounded, and collaborative. We work at a pace that feels manageable, exploring what’s been happening beneath the surface and gently making sense of your experiences, patterns, and needs.
You don’t need to arrive with the right words or a clear plan. Together, we can create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable.
Practice description
In online sessions, I aim to create a therapeutic environment that feels steady, warm, and accessible. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are — whether that means cameras on or off, needing time to settle, or bringing the parts of yourself that feel sensitive, analytical, emotional, or unsure.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity‑affirming, and welcoming of all identities. I have experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship difficulties, and the emotional impact of neurodivergence. Online therapy allows us to work flexibly and consistently, wherever you are, and can be a supportive option if you prefer the comfort and privacy of your own space.
My first session
Our online sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly. You’re welcome to bring whatever feels important — thoughts, feelings, memories, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. There’s no expectation to present yourself in a particular way; we can take our time, find the rhythm that works for you, and begin to understand what you’re carrying.

About me and my therapy practice
Many people seek in‑person therapy when they reach a quiet point of thinking, “I can’t go on like this.” You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by the effort of holding everything together. For some, especially those who are neurodivergent or navigating identity questions, this can follow years of masking, adapting, or coping alone.
Meeting face to face in Greenwich can offer a steady, grounding space away from the demands of everyday life. My approach is calm, relational, and collaborative. We work at a pace that feels manageable, exploring what’s been happening beneath the surface and gently making sense of your experiences, patterns, and needs.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Together, we can create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable.
Practice description
I offer in‑person sessions from a quiet, comfortable room in Greenwich. Many clients find that being physically in the space helps them settle, reflect, and feel more connected to the work. You’re welcome to bring whatever feels important — whether that’s overwhelm, emotional intensity, identity questions, or the sense that something in your life no longer feels workable.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity‑affirming, and welcoming of all identities. I have experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, burnout, and the emotional impact of neurodivergence. My aim is to provide a steady, grounded environment where you can explore your experiences safely and at your own pace.
