About me and my therapy practice

Life can be challenging and difficult at times

Psychotherapy offers a space you can gift yourself — a space to be held, supported, and invited into new possibilities. I provide a safe, open, and thoughtful therapeutic environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what feels important.

Healing and growth often come through relationships in which we feel seen and understood. Difficulties and struggles can point us toward parts of our lives that are calling for attention, though this is not always easy to recognise when we are in the midst of them. Therapy offers a place to pause, look more closely, and discover ways of living and relating that allow life to feel more full and free. I will be there to walk beside you and support you along the way.

Our work will be uniquely shaped around who you are and what you bring, whether you come on your own or as a couple. I work holistically, exploring how your present concerns sit within the wider landscape of your life, relationships, and history. I work creatively and collaboratively, as I believe therapy can be not only meaningful, but also enriching and enjoyable.

Practice description

Master of Arts in Transpersonal Counselling & Psychotherapy

Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy

Certificate in Dreamwork

I am an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist based in London, offering individual and couples therapy. My work draws from psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential traditions, combining both traditional and experiential ways of working.

I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London, completing eight years of training and a research master’s in association with the University of Northampton. I later trained as a couples therapist at the NAOS Institute and studied dreamwork with the Dream Research Institute.

My clinical experience has included two years as a bereavement counsellor with City and East London Bereavement Service, three years as the Chinese counsellor with Multi-Ethnic Counselling Service, and placements with a YOI prison and Maudsley Hospital. For my master’s research, I carried out a heuristic inquiry into suicide bereavement, and I currently facilitate groups for Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide.

My private practice, which I started six years ago, follows the code of conduct of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy. I work in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and identities, supporting people navigating cultural, relational, and life transitions.

Alongside my passion for understanding human experiences, I’m drawn to the quieter side of life. I travel when I can, often to places where I can meet different expressions of the natural world. Pottery, archery, and cooking are worlds I enjoy, where I can simply appreciate the richness of the everyday.

I Specialise in:

Loss & Bereavement

Relationship & Intimacy

Creativity & Healing

Cultural Identity & Sense of Belonging

Trauma & Transformation

Self Worth & Life Purpose

Depression & Anxiety
