About me and my therapy practice
From the outside, it may look like you have it all together — capable, accomplished, and often the one others rely on. But inside, you might feel exhausted from carrying constant responsibilities while quietly managing your own stress, self-doubt, or emotional weight.
It might be that you are facing difficult situations now such as navigating a loss, a big change or relational conflict that you want to space to explore. Or maybe you are carrying pains from past relationships/experiences that show up in a cycle of behavioural and emotional patterns that you want to break.
I offer you a private, nonjudgmental space where you can feel at ease and where you can set the mask down, exhale, and receive support without needing to perform or explain it away.
With over 20 years’ experience working within the field of Psychology, I work by utilising various therapeutic models that will allow us to explore the difficulties you bring from an angle that is right for you. Together, we'll work to identify and understand the underlying thought and behavioural patterns that might be keeping you stuck or preventing you from moving forward. We can also explore how to establish healthier boundaries in your life, both personally and professionally. By developing new perspectives and practical coping strategies, you can begin to regain control, build resilience, and move towards greater future happiness and a more authentic and confident sense of self.
My client work often focusses on areas such as (but not limited to);
• Low mood.
• Lack of Boundaries & people pleasing.
• Low Self-Esteem/Confidence.
• Relationship Difficulties.
• Anxiety.
• Navigating life events/stresses.
• Burnout.
• Loss.
• Painful Pasts.
Please note; I aim to get back to you within 48hrs (uness on annual leave), if requesting a response to your enquiry via email - my reply may go to junk/spam files.
