I have availability and am very flexible about my hours. I can start early or work evenings for those in employment, but do not work weekends. I have annual leave planned every 3 months but rarely for longer than 2 weeks.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer friendly, highly professional, online counselling sessions, in a gentle way. Based on kindness and compassion towards your unique situation. Whether you are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, loss or adjustment, I am here for you.

I am solution-focused practitioner, Psychotherapist and Counsellor. My dynamic style of Integrated counselling will help you function better, achieve goals and feel good about yourself.

Practice description

My online practice includes a private membership, through my website, which provides additional resources and exclusive membership benefits. Through my online platform you can truly unlock your potential and learn the skills to heal your mind, body and soul.

I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist, which means I have completed over 500 hours of complex case counselling work. I also have an additional diploma in online counselling. I am a certified Future Basing Coach, which is an outcome focused approach for organising change, that can radically empower your life.

My background is extensive and eclectic across a range of full time employed careers in the NHS, LGBT services, Community Charities, alongside my own entrepreneurial creative arts business. All of these experiences have helped me become highly skilled in communicating and guiding others to unlock their full potential, in an organised and compassionate approach.

If you feel lost and are looking for holistic guidance, then I am here to help those dedicated to their own self improvement.

My first session

First sessions explore your experiences and the impact of them upon you. I take a detailed history, complete any assessments relevant to your situation and present a formulation of the right kind of approach, tools and techniques that can be offered to help you achieve your goals . You are given a treatment plan and an idea of how many sessions you may require. This can all be adjusted based on your existing coping skills, your strengths and engagement in therapy.
