About me and my therapy practice

I believe in support that is shaped around the individual and I will always do my best to offer any reasonable adjustments you may need to ensure you are comfortable during our time together. My work is grounded in a person‑centred approach, which means I follow your lead and I’m committed to offering a calm, compassionate, and non‑judgmental environment where your story can be spoken openly and held with care.

A large part of my work is supporting individuals and couples through the heartbreak of pregnancy loss and the loss of a child. Whether your story involves miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, termination for medical reasons, stillbirth, neonatal loss, or the death of an older child, I understand how deeply these experiences can shape your world. I walk alongside you at a pace that feels right, helping you make sense of your emotions, honour your grief, and find moments of steadiness as you navigate life after loss.

My professional background includes work in sexual and women’s health, bereavement, work‑related stress, relationship difficulties, self worth and identity. I also bring an understanding of neurodiversity and a wide range of mental health experiences, always shaping my approach to the individual in front of me.

There is no problem too big or too small that does not deserve someone to listen and to help you through-if you are considering counselling for the first time, please do not hesitate to ask me any questions about how we may work together, what sessions might look like and anything else you might like to know-you are allowed to take your time when deciding whether or not to go ahead.

I am a registered member of the BACP and BICA and have previously been employed by a HFEA registered fertility clinic and leading children's hospital in the North West.

I hold an MA in Clinical Counselling from Chester University.

I am currently working with individuals online or by telephone at flexible times, please contact me with your requirements for more information
