About me and my therapy practice
I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported. My work is grounded in a person‑centred approach, and I’m committed to offering a calm, compassionate, and non‑judgmental environment where your story can be spoken openly and held with care.
A significant part of my practice involves supporting individuals and couples through the profound grief of pregnancy loss and the loss of a child. Whether your experience involves miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, termination for medical reasons, stillbirth, neonatal loss, or the death of an older child, I recognise how deeply these losses can shape your world. My aim is to walk alongside you at a pace that feels right, helping you make sense of your emotions, honour your experience, and find moments of steadiness as you navigate life after loss.
My professional background includes work in sexual and women’s health, bereavement, work‑related stress and anxiety, and child loss. I bring understanding of neurodiversity and a wide range of mental health experiences, always tailoring my approach to the individual in front of me.
I am a registered member of BACP and BICA, and I have previously worked within an HFEA‑registered fertility clinic and a leading children’s hospital in the North West. I hold an MA in Clinical Counselling from the University of Chester.

About me and my therapy practice
I believe healing happens through authentic, empathic connection. My approach is person-centred, with a strong focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and valued.
Together, we build a relationship based on trust and respect, where your experiences and perspective guide our work. I help clients discover practical tools and strategies to support growth, strengthen wellbeing, and move forward with confidence.
I am experienced in working with couples and individuals experiencing fertility challenges, treatments, loss and involuntary childlessness. In addition, I have particular knowledge of working with those who are donors, donor conceived and their families and the implications of making connections with genetic relatives.
My professional experience includes a wealth of practitioner and therapeutic experience working within the fields of sexual health, women's health, bereavement, work based stress and anxiety and child loss alongside knowledge and understanding of neurodiversity and mental health issues.
I am a registered member of the BACP and BICA and have previously been employed by a HFEA registered fertility clinic and leading children's hospital in the North West.
I hold an MA in Clinical Counselling from Chester University.
I am currently working with individuals online or by telephone at flexible times, please contact me with your requirements for more information.
